Shipping Terms and Store Policies

All packages are shipped first class and priority (weight depending) via USPS. Shipping prices are determined by weight.

Little Shop of Hays is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. If you believe your package has been lost/stolen, please contact USPS for assistance. A refund will not be issued for any packages that were lost/stolen/damaged while under the responsibility of carrier. 

Shipment notifications are sent to the email address on your account.

Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
